用病区粮、水试制克山病动物模型是克山病病因研究中的一项重要课题。前次实验中,我们发现病区粮、水组大鼠生长速度明显低于非病区粮、水组,对饲料进行的7种微量元素的分析结果表明,除硒含量病区饲料明显低于非病区外,其余元素含量均无明显差别。为此,本实验在继续研究克山病病区粮、水对大鼠心肌可能引起的作用的同时,还试图观察病区粮补充硒对大鼠生长的影响。
