我校是济南市外来务工子弟定点学校,学生大多来自外来务工家庭,存在着学习基础差、底子薄、自卑感强、心理障碍多等现象,作为老师应该给孩子们更多的关心和爱护,使他们时刻感受到来自学校的温暖,在课堂上碰到调皮捣蛋的学生,很少用斥责、批评来打击他们,而是用如母亲般慈爱中透着严厉的目光来制止他们,用春风化雨般的柔情和“动之以情,晓之以情”的个别谈话教育方式,对学生不断给予表扬、鼓励,努力发现他们身上的闪光点,让这些天真、可爱的孩子们树立起学习的信心,因为野百合也应该有春天。 Our school is a designated school for children of migrant workers in Jinan City.
