探讨不同甘草剂量配伍对芍药甘草复方移行入血成分的药动学影响,从剂量角度阐明芍药甘草复方配伍的合理性。在建立芍药甘草体内成分特征图谱分析方法的基础上,将芍药、甘草不同剂量配比组于灌胃给药后不同时间的大鼠血浆中各特征移行入血成分含量的药动学参数进行比较分析,并以各移行入血成分药动学参数与甘草剂量进行回归,寻找相关性。结果显示,芍药甘草复方用药以芍药∶甘草=4∶4为最佳,与古方常用剂量相符,且各移行入血成分的吸收在一定的范围内与甘草剂量符合二项式拟合,各移行入血成分间也具有相关性。从药动学角度证明了芍药甘草药对剂量配伍的合理性。
