用金相显微镜及X线衍射技术研究了Inconel718合金中δ相在不同温度下的溶解行为。结果发现:在980℃、1000℃、1020℃保温过程中,合金中δ相的含量逐渐降低,且形状由长针状变为短棒状或颗粒状;1020℃保温2h后δ相可完全溶入基体;980℃、1000℃保温时,δ相的平衡含量分别约为3%及0.6%;保温开始阶段,δ相的溶解速度较快并近似为常数。随着保温时间的延长,溶解速度逐渐降低,980℃保温30min及1000℃保温2h后,δ相的溶解速度趋于零。
The dissolution behavior of δ phase in Inconel 718 alloy at different temperatures was studied by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the content of δ phase in the alloy gradually decreased and the shape changed from long needle to short rod or granular in the process of holding at 980 ℃, 1000 ℃ and 1020 ℃. The δ phase could completely dissolve after heating at 1020 ℃ for 2h The equilibrium content of δ phase is about 3% and 0.6% respectively at 980 ℃ and 1000 ℃. The melting rate of δ phase is fast and approximately constant at the initial stage of heat preservation. With the extension of holding time, the dissolution rate gradually decreased, and the dissolution rate of δ phase tended to be zero after holding at 980 ℃ for 30min and holding at 1000 ℃ for 2h.
