预防护理工作中护理纠纷的发生,进一步提高服务质量,规范护理行为。分析护理纠纷的多发环节,发现问题主要由服务意识差、缺乏护患沟通、违反操作规程、法律知识缺乏和医疗费用过高、护理记录不规范及患者对护理工作的期望值过高等方面的原因所引起。要预防护理纠纷的发生,护理人员必须加强法律意识和服务意识,严格履行岗位职责,做好各个环节的工作,谨慎言行、谨慎操作,严格文书质量,将护理纠纷杜绝在萌芽状态。
To prevent the occurrence of nursing disputes in nursing work, to further improve the service quality and standardize the nursing behavior. Analysis of multiple links in nursing disputes and found that the problems mainly caused by poor service awareness, lack of nurse-patient communication, violation of operating procedures, lack of legal knowledge and high medical costs, non-standard nursing records and patients’ expectations of nursing work are too high cause. To prevent the occurrence of nursing disputes, nurses must strengthen their awareness of law and service, strictly perform their duties and responsibilities, and do a good job in all aspects of their work. They should be cautious about words and deeds, exercise cautious operations and strictly enforce the quality of their documents so as to put an end to nurse disputes.
