随着原子能事业的发展,接触钍的人员相应增加,建立尿钍的测定方法对于辐射防护监测,保障工作人员健康,具有一定意义。 我们采用磷酸铋共沉淀法测定人尿中的钍,可测限度为0.2μg,与文献[1]一致,可适用于厂矿工作人员的健康调查。 一、实验部分(一)、试剂及仪器 1.试剂 (1)钍标准液:经标定的硝酸钍溶液;(2)硝酸铋(AR):称取硝酸铋143g,用500ml浓硝酸
With the development of atomic energy, there is a corresponding increase of personnel who contact thorium. The determination of urinary thorium is of great significance to the radiation protection monitoring and the protection of staff health. We use bismuth phosphate coprecipitation method for the determination of thorium in human urine, with a limit of detection of 0.2 μg, which is consistent with the literature [1] and is suitable for the health investigation of factory workers.
