在新课程改革中,新课标和新课程着力倡导小组合作学习。教学实践中,笔者启用兵法激活小组合作学习,收到了意想不到的效果;学生实现了由被动学习向主动学习的转变;同时激活了整个小组的学习动机,也激活了教师专业成长的学习动机;使小组合作学习凸显出强大的生命力;带动了整个新课改的发展。
In the new curriculum reform, the new curriculum and new curriculum focus on advocacy group cooperative learning. In the teaching practice, the author enabled the group to cooperate with the law-activating group and received unexpected results. The students realized the change from passive learning to active learning. At the same time, they activated the learning motivation of the whole group as well as the motivation of teachers’ professional growth. The group cooperation study highlights the strong vitality; led the development of the new curriculum reform.
