化学动力学应用在药剂学上,主要是研究药物和制剂的稳定性,测定药物的降解速度,预测药物的有效期和了解影响反应速度的因素,一般以预测有效期最有实用意义。药物有效期的制订是一项比较复杂的工作,一般有留样观察法和加速实验法。留样观察法费时很长,可以用加热的方法加速分解反应,以缩短测定的时间。进行加速实验较为经典的方法是把药物放在不同的恒温下降解,间隔一定时间取样,测定含量,求出不同温度下的反应速度常数K,计算出室温时
