利用光纤传感技术 ,实现了一种可以测量 1m以上的绝对距离的光纤干涉测距的倍增系统。它主要采用两个干涉仪 ,分别对靶标进行定位及对光程进行调谐和对距离进行测量。通过引入已精确标定的光纤 ,利用短导轨 ,实现了高精度、大距离的测量。
Using optical fiber sensing technology, a doubled system of optical fiber interferometric distance measuring can measure the absolute distance above 1m. It mainly uses two interferometers, which respectively locate the target and tune the optical path and measure the distance. With the introduction of precisely calibrated optical fibers, the use of short guide rails enables high-precision, large-distance measurements.
