本文介绍了稀土蠕墨铸铁部分铸造性能和切削加工性的测试结果,并与普通灰铸铁作了比较。结果表明:稀土蠕墨铸铁的流动性优于灰铸铁HT20-40,缩孔率随蠕化率而变动,约比HT20~40大25~60%;线收缩率略小于HT20~40,残余铸造内应力与HT20~40相近,共晶膨胀力大。在切削性能方面,车削力比HT15-33略大,钻削力与HTl5-33相当。
In this paper, the test results of castability and machinability of rare earth compacted graphite cast iron are introduced and compared with ordinary gray cast iron. The results show that the fluidity of rare earth vermicular graphite cast iron is better than that of gray cast iron HT20-40. The shrinkage rate varies with the creep rate, which is about 25-60% higher than that of HT20-40. The linear shrinkage is slightly less than that of HT20-40. Internal stress and HT20 ~ 40 similar eutectic expansion force. In terms of cutting performance, turning force slightly larger than HT15-33, drilling force and HTl5-33 quite.
