以(NH4)2Ce(NO3)6/H2SO4为引发剂,通过化学接枝共聚反应在尼龙-6(N6)微孔膜上接枝了丙烯酸(AAC),探讨单体AAC浓度、反应温度、交联剂BIS质量比对接枝率和膜过滤通量的影响.结果表明:单体浓度、反应温度、交联剂浓度均能影响聚丙烯酸(PAAC)接枝率和膜水通量.AAC的最佳浓度为6mg/mL,反应最佳温度为60℃,BIS的最佳质量比为单体量的5%.
Acrylic acid (AAC) was grafted on the nylon-6 (N6) microporous membrane by chemical grafting copolymerization with (NH4) 2Ce (NO3) 6 / H2SO4 as initiator to investigate the effects of monomer AAC concentration, reaction temperature, The results showed that monomer concentration, reaction temperature and cross-linking agent concentration all affected the graft ratio and membrane water flux of polyacrylic acid (PAAC) .AAC The optimum concentration of 6mg / mL, the best reaction temperature is 60 ℃, the best mass ratio of BIS is 5% of the monomer amount.
