经一年的初步试验研究表明,用利粒菠萝冠芽的一个整尖作外值体进行组织培养,经连续四次继代增殖,年繁殖数可达85万倍以上,试管繁殖可用于剥粒菠萝的快速繁殖.继代增殖过程中,液体振荡培养比液体静置培养增殖率平均高3.7倍;应用低浓度6—BA和K,并与低浓度的NAA、IAA配合,是有利提高增殖芽的数量和质量的较佳培养基;取用无菌苗和芽作继代增殖材料,其苗比芽的继代增殖率高5.7~27.3%.
