本文首先阐述了S县中小学德育在走向规范化的同时存在很多问题,表现在德育实效性不高,缺乏应对新问题的专业能力,应试仍主行,班主任德育负担和补助脱钩等;然后进行原因分析,如德育价值选择偏差及与权益相驳,资源与制度匮乏等;最后提出对策,如,加速S县德育队伍的专业化进程,加大投入开辟新德育阵地,建立社区教育救助制度,还原德育与生活本真等。
