目的对新疆阿克苏地区第五轮全球基金结核病/艾滋病双重感染防治项目效果进行分析,为结核病/艾滋病防治可持续发展提供依据。方法项目县新登记的结核病患者在知情同意的情况下进行HIV抗体检测,随访的HIV/AIDS感染者/患者进行问卷调查、免费进行X线胸片和痰涂片检查,收集项目县2007~2012年季报表和年报表进行汇总分析。结果项目单位共登记肺结核患者7 756例,提供免费HIV抗体检测6 145例,检测率79.2%,检出HIV阳性患者25例,检出率0.41%;累计随访HIV/AIDS感染者/患者6 222例,开展结核病筛查5 512例,筛查率88.6%,发现结核病患者219例,检出率4.0%;HIV/AIDS感染者/患者中结核病患者发现率是结核病患者检出HIV阳性率的8.9倍。结论结核病/艾滋病双重感染项目的重点在于及时发现和治疗HIV感染者和AIDS患者中的结核病患者;登记的肺结核患者和HIV/AIDS感染者/患者开展双向筛查,符合条件的结核病/艾滋病患者给予相关治疗和关怀,在一定程度上减少本地区结核病/艾滋病双重感染发病和死亡率,对提高结核病/艾滋病感染者生活质量有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of the fifth round of Global Fund TB / HIV dual infection control project in Aksu, Xinjiang, to provide evidence for the sustainable development of tuberculosis / AIDS prevention and treatment. Methods HIV / AIDS patients were newly registered TB patients with informed consent, and HIV / AIDS-infected patients / patients were followed up for questionnaires.
