通过对38名接触汞蒸气男工和18名对照男工的精浆转铁蛋白、果糖、柠檬酸、锌和铜含量的测定分析,发现接触汞的男工精浆转铁蛋白、果糖总量和精子密度校正的果糖含量均显著低于对照男工,后者还随血汞浓度的增高而逐渐下降。未发现汞接触组精浆柠檬酸、锌和铜含量与对照差异有显著性。提示长期接触汞蒸气可能对男工生精上皮的支持细胞及精囊功能产生不良影响。
