针对航天发射过程中运载火箭发动机高量级声振激励对有效载荷的重要影响,开展了某新型液体火箭发动机噪声特性研究,对试车台上单机试车时发动机喷流噪声和目标声场进行了2次测试研究,并建立了该型火箭发动机的统计能量分析模型。将试车台上发动机声振实测数据作为统计能量分析模型的激励源,对目标声场进行分析计算,并和试车台上目标声场测量结果进行了对比分析,验证了分析方法的可行性。
Aiming at the significant influence of the high-level acoustic excitation of launch vehicle engines on the payload during space launch, the noise characteristics of a new type of liquid propellant rocket engine were studied. The jet noise and target sound field of a new type of liquid propellant rocket engine were tested twice Test and research, and established a statistical energy analysis model of the rocket engine. The acoustic vibration measurement data of the test bench is used as the excitation source of the statistical energy analysis model, and the target sound field is analyzed and calculated, and compared with the measurement results of the target sound field on the test bench, the feasibility of the analysis method is verified.
