介绍了重质石油中含氮化合物的富集方法及定性方法；并用柱层析一步法分离富集ＶＧＯ油样（ 恩氏蒸馏ｂｐ：３３５ ～５００ ℃） 中的酸氮化合物，用１ ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ 和３ ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ 抽提ＶＧＯ油样中的碱氮化合物，以色／ 质联用技术对各子组分进行定性鉴定－ 结合质谱解析、质量色谱（ＭＣ） 方式、谱库检索、Ｌｅｅ 保留指数数据等对各氮化物联合定性
The enrichment method and qualitative method of nitrogenous compounds in heavy petroleum were introduced. The acid nitrogen compounds in VGO oil sample (Enz’s distillation bp: 335-500 ℃) were separated and purified by one-step column chromatography, LHCl and 3 mol / LHCl were used to extract the basic nitrogen compounds in VGO oil samples.
