针对联盟条件下的集装箱空箱调运问题,以决策期内空箱支出总成本最小化为目标,综合考虑空箱运输、装卸、租赁、堆存等成本因素,建立基于空箱互租战略的班轮航线各航段的动态空箱调运优化模型,并设计与时间相关联的一种动态算法.算例验证结果表明,在班轮联盟条件下,空箱互租战略可以有效实现集装箱班轮运输空箱调运的优化.此外,互租策略下各班轮公司租箱及空箱调运数量均少于单独调运策略下的数量,从而可使班轮公司在不同港口、不同航次时刻实现空箱动态调箱和租箱优化策略.
