目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的影响。方法:将7日龄SD新生大鼠随机分为对照组、HIE组和HBO治疗组。在实验第7天后处死动物。测定病侧脑组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:(1)HIE模型组SOD、GSH-PX活力明显低于对照组(P<0.0003,P<0.006),而MDA含量显著高于对照组(P<0.003);(2)HIE组HBO治疗1周后,脑组织中SOD、GSH-PX活力明显高于未治疗HIE组(P<0.0003,P<0.006),而MDA含量低于未治疗HIE组(P<0.003)。结论:HBO能增加HIE脑组织内自由基清除酶类的活力,降低局部脂质过氧化物的含量
Objective: To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: 7-day-old SD neonatal rats were randomly divided into control group, HIE group and HBO treatment group. Animals were sacrificed on day 7 of the experiment. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the diseased brain tissue were measured. Results: (1) The activities of SOD and GSH-PX in HIE model group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.0003, P <0.006), while the content of MDA in HIE model group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.003) 2) After 1 week HBO treatment in HIE group, the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in brain tissue was significantly higher than that of untreated HIE group (P <0.0003, P <0.006), while the MDA content was lower in untreated HIE group P <0.003). Conclusion: HBO can increase the activity of free radical scavenging enzymes in HIE brain tissue and decrease the content of local lipid peroxides
