近年来,随着我国社会经济体制的不断改革与发展,社会发展对人才需求的不断变化,给我国人力资源社会保障公共服务提出了更高的要求。人力资源社会保障作为我国公共服务体系的重要组成部分,其服务质量直接影响着我国整体公共服务的形象。当前,我国在人力资源社会保障公共服务体系标准化建设过程中,还存在一些问题亟需解决。基于此,文章主要对人力资源社会保障公共服务体系进行了分析,阐述了其标准化建设的意义及问题,并提出了相应的策略。
In recent years, with the constant reform and development of China’s social and economic system, the continuous changes in the demand for talent in social development have set higher demands on the public service of social security for human resources in China. Social security of human resources as an important part of China’s public service system, the quality of service directly affects the overall image of public services in our country. At present, in the process of standardizing the public service system of human resources and social security in our country, there are still some problems to be solved urgently. Based on this, the article mainly analyzes the public service system of human resources and social security, expounds the significance and problems of its standardization construction, and puts forward corresponding strategies.
