氮化淬火复合处理是一种强化金属的有效途径。本文讨论了对几种常用碳钢和低合金钢进行气体软氮化+整体淬化复合处理的研究试验结果,分析了不同复合处理工艺对金相组织和相组成、氮浓度分布、硬度特性、残余应力分布、疲劳性能和耐磨性的影响规律,探讨了复合处理的强化机理,并介绍了其生产试验和应用效果。试验表明,复合处理后可在另件表面形成一层含氮马氏体,与单纯淬火的含碳马氏体相比,组织细微,位错密度高,硬度大,有较大的强化效果;与氮化相比,复合处理可进一步提高表面硬度,增加硬化层深度,还可在表面形成较大的残余压应力,故可显著提高另件的疲劳极限和耐磨性,延长另件的使用寿命。文中还对另件经复合处理后的组织状态,表面疏松及形成因素进行了分析研究。
Nitriding quenching compound treatment is an effective way to strengthen the metal. In this paper, several common carbon steel and low alloy steel gas nitrocarburizing + overall quenching composite treatment research results, analysis of different composite treatment on the microstructure and phase composition, nitrogen concentration distribution, hardness characteristics, Residual stress distribution, fatigue properties and wear resistance of the law to explore the strengthening mechanism of composite treatment, and introduced its production test and application results. The results show that the composite martensite can form a layer of martensite on the surface of the other component. Compared with the pure carbon martensite, the microstructure is fine, the dislocation density is high, the hardness is great and the strengthening effect is larger. Compared with the nitriding, the composite treatment can further improve the surface hardness, increasing the depth of the hardened layer, but also in the surface of the formation of large residual compressive stress, it can significantly improve the fatigue limit and wear resistance of the other parts, to extend the use of other pieces life. The article also on the other after the complex treatment of the tissue state, the surface loose and the formation of factors were analyzed.
