膀胱移行细胞癌是泌尿系最多见的肿瘤。随着我国人口老龄化,发病率相应增加,手术复发率高。我们采用YAG激光照射加低剂量BCG膀胱灌注治疗和预防膀胱移行细胞癌38例,随防观察6～51月效果较满意。临床资料一般资料:我院自1987年9月至1991年12月共收治膀胱移行细胞癌38例,其中男30例,女8例,年龄最大84岁,最小34岁,平均年龄58岁。多发性肿瘤25例(包括弥漫性3例),单发性肿瘤13例,原发性32例,经各种手术治疗后复发性6例,就
Bladder transitional cell carcinoma is the most common tumor in the urinary system. With the aging of our country’s population, the incidence rate increases accordingly, and the recurrence rate is high. We used YAG laser irradiation and low-dose BCG bladder infusion to treat and prevent 38 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. The effect of 6-51 months observation was relatively satisfactory. Clinical data General data: Our hospital from September 1987 to December 1991 a total of 38 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma, including 30 males and 8 females, the oldest 84 years old, the youngest 34 years old, the average age of 58 years. There were 25 cases of multiple tumors (including diffuse 3 cases), 13 cases of single tumors, 32 cases of primary tumors, and 6 cases of recurrence after various operations.
