目的 :测量桡骨腕关节面的形态 ,为临床手术提供理论依据。方法 :用三维摄影测量的方法对 4 0例成人桡骨腕关节面进行摄影 ,测量各关节面的倾角、曲率和弧度。结果 :桡骨腕关节面前倾角为 10 .58± 1.75度 ,内倾角为2 3.0 7± 2 .14度 ,冠状面曲率为 0 .158± 0 .0 2 8,矢状面曲率为 0 .134± 0 .0 2 2。冠状面弧长为 30 .2 8± 2 .2 7mm,矢状面弧长为 15.90± 1.2 1mm。结论 :此方法测量桡骨腕关节面形态 ,精确度高 ,适用于对不规则物体表面的测量 ,对临床手术具有指导性意义
Objective: To measure the shape of the radius of the wrist surface, to provide a theoretical basis for clinical surgery. Methods: 40 radiographs of the adult’s radius articular surface were photographed by three-dimensional photogrammetry and the inclination, curvature and radian of each articular surface were measured. Results: The anterior inclination of the radius wrist was 10.58 ± 1.75 degrees, the internal tilt angle was 2.07 ± 2.14 degrees, the curvature of the coronal plane was 0.158 ± 0.288, the sagittal curvature was 0.134 ± 0 .0 2 2. Coronal arc length of 30.28 ± 2.27mm, sagittal arc length of 15.90 ± 1.2 1mm. Conclusion: The method of measuring the shape of the radius of the wrist surface, high accuracy, suitable for measuring the surface of irregular objects, the clinical significance of the operation
