链轮是刮板输送机的关键部件之一,在传动过程中,圆环链与链轮之间啮合接触的力学特性是影响链轮可靠性的关键因素。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA模块,分析了圆环链与驱动链轮啮合状态下的应力状态;使用圆环链与链轮啮合试验台模拟了驱动链轮的磨损状态,并使用表面形貌测量仪采集了链轮磨损形貌。分析结果得出,圆环链和链轮进行啮合接触时,圆环链的紧边承受主要载荷;链轮链窝靠近立环槽处磨损比较严重且以疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损为主。
Sprocket is one of the key parts of scraper conveyor. During the transmission process, the mechanical properties of the meshing contact between the circular chain and the sprocket are the key factors affecting the reliability of the sprocket. Using ANSYS / LS-DYNA module, the stress state of the chain ring and the driving sprocket is analyzed. The results show that when the circular chain and the sprocket are meshed contact, the tight side of the circular chain is subjected to the main load; the sprocket and the chain nest near the vertical ring groove wear more seriously and the fatigue wear and abrasive wear are the main factors.
