采用下潜式缆绳吊养大珠母贝幼苗,设计5个不同的水深,记录养殖海区的水文因子,测量大珠母贝的壳长和壳高两个性状指标,统计成活数,比较不同水层贝苗的生长情况和存活率。结果表明,大珠母贝在4、5、6 m水层生长较快,3个深度下幼苗的生长差异不显著;2 m和3 m水深的贝生长速度较慢,其中3 m水层的壳长与4、5、6 m的差异显著。大珠母贝在5 m的深度条件下养殖幼苗存活率最高,4 m水层次之,而在2 m水深下幼苗的成活率最低(52%)。综合生长和成活数据可知,大珠母贝苗在4~5 m养殖较合适。
