本文分析了我国长江流域气候条件下风冷热泵(空气热源冷热水机组)的环境适应性和工作特性,开发了风冷热泵变工况运行特性的计算机模拟软件,详细讨论了环境温度、湿度、风冷器结构和迎面风速对机组干冷却工况、结露工况和结霜工况热负荷的影响,得出了不同条件下空气干湿冷却转变曲线,提出了环境温度大于4℃和环境温度小于4℃两种地区机组的不同设计方法。
This paper analyzes the environmental adaptability and operating characteristics of the air-cooled heat pump (air-source chiller / heater) under the climatic conditions of the Yangtze River basin in our country, and develops the computer simulation software for the operating characteristics of the air-cooled heat pump under varying operating conditions. The environment temperature and humidity , The effect of the structure of the air cooler and the oncoming wind speed on the cooling load, the dew condensation condition and the heat load of the frost condition were analyzed, and the curves of the air-to-air cooling and cooling under different conditions were obtained. The ambient temperature above 4 ℃ and Ambient temperature is less than 4 ℃ two different design methods of regional units.
