本文研究了鳗鲡赤鳍病的病原菌。从病鱼的肝、肾、血液中分离到11株菌,选择E90427等5株菌进行人工感染,100%的鳗鲡死亡,与自然发病的症状相似。这些菌株的特征都一致。均为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,菌体直。极端单鞭毛,运动,兼性厌氧,发酵葡萄糖、甘油产酸产气。氧化酶和过氧化氢酶阳性,葡萄糖酸盐氧化酶阳性,V.P.反应阳性。葡萄糖和铵盐可作唯一氮碳源,赖氨酸脱羧酶阴性,还原硝酸盐为亚硝酸盐。能利用半乳糖、甘露醇、蔗糖、阿拉伯糖、七叶灵,不利用卫矛醇、肌醇、菊糖、山梨醇和木糖。经分类鉴定为Ⅰ型嗜水产气单胞菌嗜水亚种(Aeromonas hydrophila subsp.hydrophila biotype I.)。
This paper studied the pathogens of the eel finch disease. Eleven strains of bacteria were isolated from liver, kidney and blood of diseased fish. Five strains including E90427 were selected for artificial infection, and 100% of the eels died, similar to the symptoms of natural disease. The characteristics of these strains are the same. Gram-negative bacteria are bacteria, bacteria straight. Extreme single flagella, exercise, facultative anaerobic, fermentation of glucose, glycerin acid gas. Positive for oxidase and catalase, positive for gluconate oxidase, and positive for V.P. Glucose and ammonium salts can be used as the only nitrogen and carbon source, lysine decarboxylase negative, reducing nitrate to nitrite. Can use galactose, mannitol, sucrose, arabinose, aescinate, do not use dulcitol, inositol, inulin, sorbitol and xylose. It was identified as Aeromonas hydrophila subsp. Hydrophila biotype I.
