粮食在夏季储存过程中常受到高温、虫害、微生物的影响,特别是高水分粮、成品粮更难以安全过夏。夏季储粮的时间因地域不同而有差异,一般东北地区从每年的五月份到九月份。在这段时间里,存在着很多不利于安全储粮的因素。如:降雨天气比较多;各种害虫繁殖多发期,气温的日差比较大,受外界温度影响,粮温呈上升趋势等等。基于上述原因,储粮的安全过夏成了一个难以彻底解决的课题。下面介绍几种粮食安全过夏储藏的方法。
During summer storage, food is often affected by high temperature, insect pests and microorganisms. In particular, high-moisture food and finished food are more difficult to get out of summer safely. The timing of summer grain storage varies from region to region, and the northeast region generally runs from May to September each year. During this period, there are many factors that are detrimental to safe grain storage. Such as: more rainfall; a variety of pests multiply period, the temperature difference is relatively large, affected by external temperature, grain temperature is on the rise and so on. For the above reasons, the safety of stored grain has become a difficult issue to be completely solved. Here are some food safety methods of summer storage.
