农村经济组织创新,提高农民的组织化程度和整体竞争力,是新形势下壮大农业、繁荣农村、富裕农民的重大课题。农村妇女占人口的一半,以妇女为主的新经济组织组建的情况怎样,作用发挥如何,取得了哪些效果,带着这样的问题,我们于2003年6月至8月先后对全省5个地区的10个县(市)农村妇女新经济组织建设情况进行了深入调查研究。在调查的10个县(市)中,共有农户115.3万户,有劳动能力的妇女105万人,以妇女为主的专业户36万户,受县以上表彰的女状元、女能手9800人,以妇女为主建立起来的专业合作 The innovation of rural economic organizations and the improvement of farmers’ organization and overall competitiveness are major issues for strengthening agriculture, prospering the countryside and affluent peasants in the new situation. Rural women accounted for half of the population, and women-based new economic organizations set up how, their functions and achieved what effects. With such a problem, we have in June 2003 to August the province has five Regional 10 counties (cities) rural women’s new economic organization conducted an in-depth investigation and study.
