本文采用改良涂片法对苹果属5个二倍体种(苹果、花红、陇东海棠、河南海棠和,西府海棠)的花粉母细胞减数分裂染色体行为进行了观察。结果表明:染色体联会具有二价体、四价体及六价体3种构型,其中二价体占染色体观察总数的91~96%。在后期I;末期I及末期I偶尔也能看到落后染色体、微核、三分体、五分体等,但所占频率很低。对苹果属植物染色体的次级配对现象以及染色体基数的起源进行了讨论。
In this paper, the chromosome behavior of meiosis of pollen mother cells in five diploid species of apple (apple, red flower, Begonia hepatica, Begonia hepatica and Xifu Begonia) were observed by modified smear method. The results showed that the chromosome association has three configurations of bivalent, tetravalent and hexavalent, among which the bivalent accounted for 91-96% of the total observed chromosome. In late I; late I and late I can occasionally see backward chromosomes, micronuclei, trisomy, pentad, etc., but the share of low frequency. The secondary pairing of apple plant chromosomes and the origin of chromosome base were discussed.
