1 试点基本情况 黄骅市茂杰畜牧水产养殖场,试验池4个,总面积3.93ha,其中1号池0.33ha,其余3个池均为1.2ha。对照池2个(0.67ha、1.2ha各一个)。水源为盐碱地排渗沟的浅层地下水,放养前水深60～80cm,盐度分别为1号池14.3‰、2号池14.3‰、3号池17.0‰、4号池15.6‰,放养前10d即5月23日采用生石灰消毒,1号池250kg,2号池600kg,3号池500kg、4号池600kg。放养前4d即5月29日施改良剂,1号池250kg,2号池850kg、3号池750kg、4号池800kg。
