结合陕西渭南G108线二级公路大修工程,设计了6种水泥稳定沥青路面铣刨料配合比。通过室内试验研究了水泥稳定沥青路面铣刨料的击实特性,成型试件后通过力学试验,研究了水泥用量、铣刨料组成、温度以及养生龄期对混合料无侧限抗压强度、抗折强度和抗压回弹模量的影响规律。分析结果表明:水泥稳定沥青路面铣刨料的最大干密度随着面层和基层铣刨料含量的增加而减小,而最佳含水量随之增大;水泥稳定沥青路面铣刨料的抗压、抗折强度及其抗压回弹模量均随养生龄期和水泥用量的增加而增大,但随着试验温度升高而下降;掺入新碎石有助于提高混合料的强度和模量。在使用合理的情况下,水泥稳定沥青路面铣刨料的强度可达到3.2MPa,能够满足除特重交通以外的路面基层要求。
Combined with overhaul project of Grade II highway of Weinan in Shaanxi Province, six kinds of cement stabilized asphalt pavement milling materials were designed. The compaction characteristics of cement stabilized asphalt pavement milled material were studied through laboratory experiments. After forming the specimens, the unconfined compressive strength of the mixture was studied through the experiments of cement dosage, milling material composition, temperature and age of health. Under reasonable conditions, the strength of cement stabilized asphalt pavement milling material can reach 3.2MPa, which can meet the requirements of pavement base except for heavy traffic.
