本文介绍了暴发型肝衰竭的定义与病毒病因学方面的新概念,指出暴发型肝衰竭是急性起病、黄疸进行性迅速加深并伴有严重神经精神症状的一种临床综合征,并把暴发型肝衰竭与亚暴发型肝衰竭的时间界限定为2周。暴发型肝衰竭的病因是多种的,其中以病毒性肝炎最为多见,乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)、非甲非乙型肝炎病毒、甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)以及丁型肝炎病毒(HDV)可单独或合并感染引起。进一步分析暴发型肝衰竭的病因,对于弄清该病的发病机理以及进行有效的治疗与预防具有重要的意义。
