我们计算中心主机房配置了二台KT3立式空调机,该种空调机为水冷式;压缩机风机都是由三相电机驱动,这样,在机器的运转过程中,偶有停水,电源断相事故,极容易毁坏机器,造成意外损失。因此,我们在此二台KT3空调机上加装了停水关机,电机断相保护装置。我们对机器本身不作大的改动,以免破坏其原有的功能和外观。具体作法是,把控制回路(机器本身有一套自控装置)的连线断开,串接入一个压力继电器和三个普通继电器。压力继电器用以检测
We have configured two KT3 vertical air conditioners in the computer room of the computing center. These air conditioners are water-cooled; the compressor fans are driven by three-phase motors. In this way, during the operation of the machine, there is occasional water stoppage and the power supply is cut off. In accidents, it is extremely easy to destroy the machine and cause accidental damage. Therefore, we installed additional water shut-off and motor phase-failure protection devices on the two KT3 air conditioners. We do not make major changes to the machine itself so as not to destroy its original function and appearance.
