针对农田灌溉系统中电能消耗高且利用率低的问题,根据管道灌溉系统的特点,将变频调速技术引入水泵电机的节能控制。分析了包含变频器异步电机、水泵和管网的灌溉系统构成和节能基本原理,构建各部分数学模型,并在MATLAB/simulink平台上进行系统仿真。仿真案例结果表明:引入变频调速装置,可实现水泵出水口流量或扬程0~1的连续变化,节能率达56.6%;采取出水端扬程或者流量闭环控制,可以实现变频器的输出频率调制,进而控制水泵电机的运转。
Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption and low utilization rate in farmland irrigation system, according to the characteristics of pipeline irrigation system, the variable frequency speed regulation technology is introduced into the energy saving control of pump motor. The constitution and energy saving principle of irrigation system including induction motor, water pump and pipe network were analyzed. The mathematical models of each part were constructed and simulated on MATLAB / simulink platform. The simulation results show that the introduction of variable frequency speed control device can realize the continuous change of the flow or lift of the pump outlet from 0 to 1 with the energy saving rate of 56.6%. By adopting the output head or flow closed-loop control, the inverter output frequency can be modulated, And then control the pump motor operation.
