用多元酸作交联剂与聚乙烯醇(PVA)进行反应制得渗透汽化膜,并对水-乙醇混合物进行渗透汽化分离。考察了交联剂用量、交联剂分子结构对膜性能的影响。在40℃时,由草酸及柠檬酸交联的聚乙烯醇膜对95%的乙醇水溶液,分离系数可达460以上。
The polybasic acid was used as crosslinking agent to react with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to produce pervaporation membrane, and the pervaporation separation of water-ethanol mixture was carried out. The effects of the amount of crosslinker and the molecular structure of crosslinker on membrane performance were investigated. At 40 ℃, the cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol film made of oxalic acid and citric acid has a separation coefficient of more than 460 for 95% ethanol aqueous solution.
