汉族是中国的主体民族,是一个历史悠久的民族,也是世界上人口最多的民族。目前,汉族人口约为13亿,占世界总人口的19%。汉族的主食以小麦、玉米、稻米等为主,辅以蔬菜、豆制品、肉类等副食,茶和酒是传统的饮料。炒、烧、煎、煮、蒸、烤等烹饪方式,形成了不同的地方风味。汉族的粤、闽、皖、鲁、川、湘、浙、苏等八大菜系,闻名于海内外。
Han nationality is the main ethnic group in China. It is a nation with a long history and the most populous nation in the world. At present, the Han population is about 1.3 billion, accounting for 19% of the world’s total population.
