我国内地出版物的出口在国际同类贸易中所占比例甚小,不到1%。 几十家国有进出口公司面对相同的客户、市场,提供相同的产品和相似的服务,其竞争实际是国有资产间的竞争。 出版发行是一种产业,虽然有其特殊性,但所具有的基本经济特征是不容置疑的。 不管是对内还是对外发行,出版物流通应当有多种渠道和方式——形成立体式运营结构和“大发行”体系。
Exports of publications from the Mainland have accounted for only a very small proportion of the international same trade, less than 1%. Dozens of state-owned import and export companies face the same customers, markets and provide the same products and similar services. The actual competition is the competition among state-owned assets. Publishing is an industry, although its particularity, but the basic economic characteristics are beyond doubt. Regardless of whether it is for internal or external distribution, there should be multiple channels and modes of circulation of publications - a three-dimensional operating structure and a “big distribution” system.
