目的 :探讨早期微创性磨削痂手术治疗面部深Ⅱ度烧伤创面对减轻色素沉着及疤痕形成,提高创面愈合质量的临床疗效。方法:选择80例头面部以深Ⅱ度烧伤为主的患者进行临床观察,总面积2%~78%,其中男性46例,女性20例,儿童14例。病例入院后均立即行彻底创面清创,聚维酮碘纱布包扎。于入院后2~4 d内,在全身麻醉下行面部深度创面早期磨削痂术,术后人体生物敷料覆盖,术后10 d换药,去除外覆生物敷料,定期创面换药直至创面愈合。结果:早期微创性磨削痂生物敷料覆盖手术治疗面部深Ⅱ度创面,色素沉着及疤痕增生少,提高了创面愈合质量。结论:早期微创性磨削痂生物敷料覆盖手术是治疗面部深Ⅱ度创面,提高创面愈合质量的重要措施。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of early minimally invasive surgical operation on deep partial thickness burn wounds for reducing the formation of pigmentation and scarring, and improving the quality of wound healing. Methods: Eighty patients with deep second degree burn head and face were selected for clinical observation. The total area was from 2% to 78%, including 46 males, 20 females and 14 children. All patients were completely debridement wounds immediately after admission, and povidone-iodine gauze bandaged. During 2 ~ 4 days after admission, the facial deep wounds were scabbed early under general anesthesia. After the surgery, human biological dressings were covered. After 10 days, the dressing was changed, and the external dressing was applied. The dressing was periodically replaced and the wound healed. Results: Early minimally invasive scab wound dressing for surgical treatment of deep second-degree facial wounds, pigmentation and less scar proliferation, improve the quality of wound healing. Conclusion: It is an important measure to treat deep Ⅱ degree facial wound and improve the quality of wound healing in early minimally invasive scab wound dressing.
