采用切割分子量为80 kDa的中空纤维超滤膜,考察不同在线化学清洗方式对恒流模式跨膜压差恢复的影响,用膜结构参数模型评价了不同在线化学清洗方式对膜平均孔径和膜孔密度的影响。结果表明,引入在线化学清洗之后,超滤膜系统的跨膜压差增长速度变缓慢;药液反洗循环方式下系统的跨膜压差恢复率较高,药液反洗循环之前热水反冲洗会提高膜清洗效率;模型拟合参数值也显示出同样的趋势。
