对自河北省宁晋县获得的一个特殊毛白杨无性系的初步研究表明其为一嵌合体。该嵌合体苗木的主要性状与毛白杨相似,但叶片略小,叶尖较尖;皮色为灰绿色,表皮可纵向分为两部分,一部分平滑,另一部分有纵棱;皮孔分布均匀,菱形。该嵌合体扦插成活率远高于毛白杨(38.2%),达96.4%。扦插成苗后发生分离,其中88%为类似毛白杨,2.6%为杂杨,9.4%仍为嵌合体。过氧化物酶同工酶分析表明,嵌合体及由此萌生的类似毛白杨的叶片和皮层,酶谱更接近于毛白杨;而由嵌合体分离出的杂杨酶谱与小叶杨类似。
A preliminary study of a particular Populus tomentosa clones obtained from Ningjin County, Hebei Province showed that it is a chimera. The main characters of chimera seedlings are similar to Populus tomentosa, but the leaves are slightly smaller and the tip is sharp; the skin color is gray-green, the epidermis can be longitudinally divided into two parts, one part is smooth and the other part has longitudinal edges; diamond. The survival rate of the chimera cuttings was much higher than Populus tomentosa (38.2%), reaching 96.4%. Separation after cutting into seedlings, of which 88% is similar to Populus tomentosa, 2.6% of Populus, 9.4% is still a chimera. The analysis of peroxidase isoenzymes showed that the chymotrypsin and the similar poplar-like leaves and cortex germinated more closely, and the zymogram was closer to Populus tomentosa;
