Lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) The high-affinity G-protein coupled receptor G2A (GPCR G2A) is one of the largest members of the family of cell membrane receptors with a heptahelical transmembrane peptide structure. In recent years, GPCR G2A was found to be closely related to the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases such as atherosclerosis and lupus erythematosus. With the development of biotechnology and molecular biology, great progress has been made in the research of GPCR G2A. The structure, distribution, physiological functions and signaling of GPCR G2A are briefly described.
