五、实验室测试为了对各种状态监测方法如振动、SPM(冲击脉冲测量)、声音、声发射、超声波、温度、扭矩、应变、压力、流量和电力监测等的效果进行测试,建立了小型实验室。在大约两年半的时间里,用了约50余种传感器进行了实验室自动测试。消耗时间最多的测试是叶轮和泵壳的磨损测试。每次测试三台泵,直到开始泄漏为止。在项目进行期间举办了两次研讨会,会上报告了实验室测试的结果。这些实验室测试结果和有关参考文献中介绍的知识,已在开发离心泵及其部件如密封件、电机等的状态监测专家系统时采用。
V. Laboratory Testing In order to test the effectiveness of various condition monitoring methods such as vibration, SPM, sound, acoustic emission, ultrasonic, temperature, torque, strain, pressure, flow and power monitoring, laboratory. In about two and a half years, about 50 kinds of sensors were used for laboratory automatic testing. The most time-consuming test is the wear test of the impeller and the pump casing. Test three pumps at a time until it begins to leak. Two workshops were held during the project and the results of the laboratory tests were reported. These laboratory test results and the knowledge introduced in the relevant references have been used in the development of condition monitoring expert systems for centrifugal pumps and their components such as seals, motors and the like.
