在高职体育的教学过程中,中长跑项目是学生体能监测的重要指标。随着社会的发展,传统的教学模式满足不了高职体育教学中对中长跑教学能力提高的要求,在此时情绪调节模式应运而生。本篇文章通过情绪调节模式的定义和内涵、情绪调节模式在高职体育中的意义、高职中长跑教学目前存在的问题和情绪调节模式在高职中长跑教学中的应用四部分来阐述,具有一定的现实意义。
