针对学生身心发展要求,结合学校体育教学特点,通过对学习小组的构建,教学阶段的设定,以及教学过程的划分,研究“1+1”高效课堂体育教学模式的构建。旨在体育教学中,通过该模式培养学生发现问题、解决问题的能力,促进身心健康。实现从接受式向以自主体验、互助交往为主要特征的探究式学习转变;从以讲解示范为主要形式向以学生体验、感悟为主要形式的间接呈现方式转变;由传统单向传递活动转变为师生双方相互交流,相互沟通,共同发展转变等来阐述“以学生发展为本”的教育理念。
According to the requirements of physical and mental development of students, combined with the characteristics of physical education in schools, this paper studies the construction of efficient teaching model of PE in 1 + 1 classroom through the construction of learning group, the setting of teaching stages and the division of teaching process. Designed for physical education, through this model to develop students to identify problems, solve problems and promote physical and mental health. To achieve from the acceptance to self-experience, mutual aid as the main characteristic of the inquiry-based learning change; to explain the model as the main form of student experience, perception as the main form of indirect presentation of change from the traditional one-way transfer of activities into Teachers and students mutual exchanges, mutual communication, common development and change, etc. to elaborate “student development based ” educational philosophy.
