对离体牙深达牙本质的V类洞用25%聚丙烯酸预处理后,以国产GI-I型玻璃离子水门汀垫底,其表面经37%磷酸处理后与光固化树脂结合。SEM证实:玻璃离子、牙本质和树脂三者之间蛄合性能良好。染料渗透实验结果也显示,玻璃离子垫底的光固化树脂修复体系能大大降低充填物周边(特别是颈端)微漏的发生率。为该方法在临床上的应用提供了理论上的依据。
Class V cavities with deep dentin in vitro teeth were pretreated with 25% polyacrylic acid, and made with GI-I type glass ionomer cement bottom. The surface was treated with 37% phosphoric acid and then combined with light curing resin. SEM confirmed that the glass ion, dentin and resin between the three fit together well. Dye infiltration test results also show that the glass ionomer resin curing system at the bottom can greatly reduce the incidence of microleakage around the filler (especially the neck). This method provides a theoretical basis for its clinical application.
