目的了解北京市昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员乙肝病毒的感染情况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)对昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员进行HBsAg检测。结果昌平区2009年参加体检的食品和公共场所从业人员76654人中HBsAg携带率为1.83%,男性HBsAg携带率比女性高(χ2=55.44,P<0.01)。食品和公共场所从业人员中该地与外埠户籍的人员HBsAg携带率分别为0.74%、2.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=163.52,P<0.01)。结论昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员中HBsAg携带率低于全国平均感染率(4.4%~8.0%),但应继续坚持该行业从业人员每年的健康检查工作及在从业人员中开展乙肝疫苗的预防接种。
Objective To understand the infection status of hepatitis B virus in food and public places in Changping District of Beijing. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect HBsAg in food and public places in Changping District. Results The HBsAg carrier rate of 76654 people who took part in the physical examination in Changping District in 2009 was 1.83%. The male HBsAg carrier rate was higher than that of the female (χ2 = 55.44, P <0.01). The HBsAg carrier rates of those who registered in this area and other cities in food and public places were 0.74% and 2.18%, respectively, with significant difference (χ2 = 163.52, P <0.01). Conclusion The carrying rate of HBsAg in food and public places practitioners in Changping District is lower than the national average infection rate (4.4% -8.0%). However, it is necessary to continue the annual health checkup among practitioners in the industry and to prevent hepatitis B vaccine among practitioners Inoculation.
