对应用低强度氦-氖激光照射综合治疗512人角膜穿通伤、烧伤、溃疡和继发性角膜内皮-上皮病变结果的分析表明,该疗法可以显著提高疗效,缩短炎症过程和加快上皮形成。氦-氖激光照射角膜,辐射通量功率密度为50~100μW/cm~2。6~10次为一疗程,每日一次,每次照射3分钟。对照组用传统治疗方法,未用激光。采用重量50mg/mm~2的痛觉测量计检测角膜相对敏感度,计算炎症平息、上皮形成时间及视功能状况和病人住院时间等,来评定治疗效果。观察角膜穿通伤217人,其中单纯穿通伤123人;伴晶体损伤39人;伴晶体损伤和眼内
The results of comprehensive treatment of 512 corneal penetrating injuries, burns, ulcers and secondary corneal endothelial-epithelial lesions with low-intensity He-Ne laser irradiation show that the therapy can significantly improve the curative effect, shorten the inflammatory process and accelerate the epithelial formation.
