炭浆法提金工艺中存在着跑炭失金问题,本文研究了原矿和尾矿的碳含量变化,并由此直接得出操作回路中的炭耗。测得结果表明,在正常炭浆法生产中,炭耗值往往超过100g/t指标,而达到120~210g/t,这部分碳仅占矿浆量的万分之几,又磨的较细,其中近半粒度小于325目,人们不易觉察,但随碎炭流失金的数量却相当可观.
