本文以绞股蓝皂甙-A为对照品,采用比色法测定了健之宝胶囊中绞股蓝总皂甙的含量,其回收率为99.7％,变异系数为3.38％。
In this study, Gypenoside A was used as the reference substance. The content of Gynostemma total saponin in Jianzhibao Capsule was determined by colorimetric method. The recovery rate was 99.7% and the coefficient of variation was 3.38%.
